tam. Cohorts™ by Eduweby™ · Entrepreneurship & Applied AI

An agency, run by teens.

A project-based entrepreneurship program taught inside your co-op — where students don't study business, they build one. Small teams run like a real creative agency, take a venture from problem to launch, and learn to direct AI with earned craft. Grades 7 through 12.

What It Is

Not a class about business. A year inside one.

The Culture

Run like an agency

Students form small pods, hold real roles — account, strategy, creative, operations — and ship real work every week, guided by a working practitioner.

The Craft

Craft before AI

They learn to find problems, understand people, and know what good looks like — the judgment AI can't fake — then earn the right to direct AI with it.

The Proof

A portfolio, not a grade

Every student leaves with a portfolio of real work — research, brand, launch — presented at a showcase, and the earned confidence to do it again.

The Agency Method

The pregame is analog.

Everyone tells teens AI can build anything with a prompt. We teach the part AI can't do first — because you can't drive AI past average until you know what excellent is. Only once students have the craft do they earn AI access, tier by tier.

The AI License ladder — Observe → Navigate → Drive — is earned through real work, never given. It's how a junior earns client work at a real agency.

  • 01The Spark — "there's got to be a better way"
  • 02The Human — beyond personas, into real behavior
  • 03Taste — learning what good actually is
  • 04Direction — the decision that earns the build
  • 05The Unlock — only now, AI, with real context to give it
  • 06Operate — they could do it all without AI
The Programs

Two renders of one method.

The same agency spine, sized for the age. Choose the program that fits your students.

For Directors

A signature elective, delivered.

Everything prepped — nothing added to your volunteers' plates.

You provide a classroom and an hour. The program brings a practitioner-mentor, the full curriculum and materials, an AI policy parents can trust, and the showcase. However you're staffed, there's a model that fits — a mentor teaches for you, or we train your facilitator to teach it with the artifacts provided.

  • A practitioner-mentor or a trained facilitator — your choice
  • Full curriculum, rubrics, and parent communications
  • An AI safety policy families can trust
  • Portfolios, badges, and a year-end showcase
  • Records and hours logged toward transcripts
